Off the 180 sq ft living room is a large utility closet. Off the kitchen is a balcony overlooking Porcupine Row. There are two gas heaters to keep you warm in the winter. A washer and dryer are in the bathroom. Monthly rent is $475 for the larger bedroom, $445 for the smaller. Rent includes all utilities, including wireless broadband. Off street parking is available for $40 per month extra. The entire apartment can be leased for a year for $750/month not inluding utilities.
