Rental Terms

The cost to move in is rent for the first month, plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
Your room is reserved when we receive your deposit.
Rent is due on the first day of each month.
Thirty days notice of your move-out is required to receive a refund of any rent paid in advance.
You will receive your security deposit back after moving out, minus costs of repairing any damage except for normal wear-and-tear.
